On 01-01-2000, iRapture.com was founded by Jacob Barr.

Jacob has a Bachelor of Science degree in Entrepreneurship from the Eller College at the University of Arizona.  He has taught a few classes at Pima Community College and SAIAT in marketing and computer software.

Jacob has been happily married to Heather since April 2001 and has two daughters, Kaylie Marie (2/02) and Jocelyn Joy (9/05).
