Pregnancy Centers... Let’s Get Ready for FACES of CHOICE - with Lyric Gillett
If you joined us for this month’s Webinar Wednesday, you know this one felt a little different—in a really good way.
This wasn’t just another strategy conversation.
This was a heads up.
I had the opportunity to cohost with Jacob Barr, and we spent time walking through an upcoming campaign from Lyric that’s expected to drive increased outreach to pregnancy centers on a specific date.
And as we were talking through it, my biggest thought was:
I want our centers to feel ready for this—not caught off guard by it.
So if you missed the webinar, or just want a quick recap, here’s what you need to know—and how we can come alongside you in it.
Lyric, with FACES of CHOICE, is launching a targeted advertising campaign designed to reach women who are actively searching for help.
This isn’t general awareness—it’s very intentional.
They’re putting messaging in front of women at the moment they’re already asking questions, already searching, already trying to figure out their next step.
And because of that, they are anticipating:
- More searches
- More clicks
- More calls
- More messages
More opportunities for connection.
That’s the heart behind it—and it’s really exciting.
Why This Matters for Your Pregnancy Center (Right Now)
Here’s the part I want to gently lean into with you:
When something like this happens on a larger scale, it creates a window.
A moment where more women are looking… and more are willing to reach out.
And you don’t have to create that momentum—it’s already being built.
But you do get to decide how ready you are for it.
Because if your center is visible and prepared, this can be a really impactful moment.
And if not, it can pass by quieter than it should.
Before anything else, we want to ask: What can your Pregnancy Center Do?
If a young woman starts searching during this campaign… will she find your center?
Will she find someone to connect to?
Will she find someone to connect to?
You don’t need to make big changes, but it’s a good opportunity to seize the moment and take advantage of the opportunities this campaign could create. So… right now is a really good time to double-check a few things:
- Is your Google listing active and accurate?
- Does your website load well on mobile?
- Is it immediately clear what services you offer?
- Are your contact buttons easy to find?
Think of this as removing any small barriers that might slow her down, and enhancing anything that could help her find you.
Second: Let’s Be Ready When She Reaches Out
This is where YOUR center bcomes a huge part of the conversation.
Because increased visibility is only half of it.
What happens after SHE reaches out matters just as much.
- Do you have an effective way for clients to reach you?
- Do you have the ability to respond quickly?
- Do you have a system for keeping conversations organized?
- Do you have a follow-up protocol in place?
And during a campaign like this, that kind of clarity and speed can make all the difference.
Not in a rushed way—but in a reassuring way.
Third: Let’s Prepare Your Team (Just a Little)
Good things to do regarding…
A little bit of preparation now can go a long way later.
Maybe that looks like:
- Confirming who is covering messages and calls
- Brushing up on response training
- Testing your forms and chat features
- Writing a few simple, kind response templates
- Making sure nothing slips through the cracks
Even just taking an hour to walk through this as a team can bring a lot of peace going into that campaign window.
Fourth: Don’t Be Afraid to Lean In
This campaign is meant to be a cooperative campaign.
This is actually a really beautiful opportunity to step into the momentum.
Some ideas we explored:
- Posting a little more intentionally on social
- Highlighting your services clearly that week
- Reaching out to churches in your area to help them be informed and team up with you.
- Increasing ad spend (even slightly) if that’s an option
Nothing complicated—just being present and engaged while awareness is already higher.

From My Perspective (As Your Account Manager)

We are all together for Life and Healing.
By thoughtfully preparing we can be stronger together.

Final Thought
This campaign isn’t just about increased traffic.
It’s about increased opportunity.
And my heart in sharing all of this is simple:
I want you to feel ready for it.
Ready to be found.
Ready to respond.
Ready to meet her in that moment.
And we’re right here with you in that.
