A Compassionate Story of Faith, Choice, and Hope
Hi there— Can I interrupt your busy day? 😊
As you’re reading this, chances are you’re in the middle of a full plate. You’re answering calls, meeting with clients, supporting your staff, and doing the often unseen work of walking alongside women facing unplanned pregnancy. I just want to start by saying how much that work matters. You are appreciated.
That’s why I am so excited to invite you to be part of something meaningful.
Conceivable is a faith-based film about unplanned pregnancy inspired by a true story and created with women—and the people who support them—in mind. It doesn’t rush to conclusions or offer easy answers. Instead, it reflects the real questions, faith struggles, and emotional weight that often come with an unexpected pregnancy—things we see every day in pregnancy center ministry.
Faith-based movie premiere watch night
Directed by Beth Caulfield and co-directed by Jana Lee Hamblin, who also stars as Brielle, this faith-based movie follows a woman navigating an unplanned pregnancy later in life. Along the way, the film gently explores how responses from family, friends, and faith communities can either create space for healing or add to the burden. It’s an honest and compassionate portrayal that aligns closely with the heart of pro-life work. This faith-based movie premiere watch night is being hosted by iRapture in partnership with the Conceivable team and is designed specifically for pregnancy center leaders, directors, and staff. It’s an opportunity to step back, be encouraged, and engage with an unplanned pregnancy film that supports thoughtful conversation and deeper understanding.
“Pastor Turns Unplanned Pregnancy into Pro-Life Film,”
Conceivable has already been recognized by the Fort Lauderdale International Film Festival and named a semifinalist at the Tokyo Women’s Film Festival—affirming both its quality and its ability to reach hearts beyond our usual circles. More than a film, it’s a resource—one that reinforces compassion, listening, and hope for women facing unplanned pregnancy.
If you’ve heard Beth share on the podcast “Pastor Turns Unplanned Pregnancy into Pro-Life Film,” you know this story comes from lived experience. The film thoughtfully shows how responses from within Christian communities can deeply impact women — for better or worse — and it models grace, listening, and compassion in a way that feels very familiar to pregnancy center work.
