SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Program description

iRapture team members use business phone numbers to send and receive one-to-one text messages with clients, prospective clients, and partners. Messages relate to project updates, scheduling and meeting reminders, work-request follow-ups, billing questions, and replies to your inquiries. We do not send bulk marketing or promotional text blasts.

How to opt in

Web form: On our Contact Us form, enter your cell phone number and check the box: “I agree to receive text messages from iRapture about my inquiry, projects, scheduling, and billing. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy at irapture.com/terms-of-use-privacy-policy.” The box is not pre-checked and consent is not required to buy any service.
Text keyword: Text START to the iRapture number you were given by our team.
Verbal: During a call or meeting, a team member will ask, “May we text you at this number about your project, scheduling, and billing? Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out.” We record your consent before texting.
